From the menu, choose Tools > E-Mail Accounts...

Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next

Select POP3 and click Next

Enter your login credentials as in this sample. Be certain to use your full email address as your User Name Click on the More Settings button

On the General tab, give your account a name (whatever you choose is OK - keep it short and descriptive)

On the Outgoing Server tab, make your settings match the example below.

On the Advanced tab, click the Use Defaults button.
Click the OK button

Now you can test your account settings. If everything is OK you should not see any errors and you will receive a test message.
